Devious Journal Entry

I turned eighteen years old over a month ago and my last journal for DA was right after my seventeenth birthday. After over a year of absence, hello. Quick facts on my life as of today: - I dropped out of college - I just did six weeks in hospital for mental health reasons - I packed my things and left home and now I'm meandering - I smoke too much - I don't smoke enough - The fact that Bob Dylan is 72 years old makes me sad - The fact that it's 2013 makes me sad - The fact that I'm eighteen makes me sad - I play the guitar, ukulele, and piano quite often - I like my coffee black... Yesterday (August 3rd) was my 17th birthday. I used to love having birthdays and getting older but as time has gone on, I've hated my birthday more and more with each year. This year, I'm just not... coping. There's too much food and cake, too many presents that I'm sure I don't deserve in the slightest, and far too many reminders of how few friends I have in my life.
